Flybe. Aviation Services is an approved EASA Part 145 Maintenance Organisation, our Component and Maintenance Section is staffed by highly trained and motivated workshop personnel. Our 24-hour a day operation, enhanced by an electronic component tracking system, ensures that we are able to deal with the critical turn-around times for an airline operating BAe146/RJ, DHC-8 200/300/400 and ATR 42/72 aircraft.

In addition to our Machine and Sheet Metal Shops we have individual Bays dedicated to:

NDT, Engines, Pneumatics, Mechanical Components, Electrical Components, Hydraulics, Safety Equipment, Tyres and Wheels, Leading Edges, Composite Repairs, Generator Testing, Seats and Batteries and weld repairs in a variety of metals.

All workshop, Line and Hangar NDT work is undertaken by PCN level II certified engineers in Eddy Current, Ultrasonic, Magnetic Particle, Penetrant, and Radiography.
