ETMS© - Electronic Task Management System

As part of flybe. Aviation Services' ongoing modernisation programme, there has been a major investment in, and updating of, working practices to create a seamless Electronic Task Management System. ETMS links Production Planning, Document Control, Stores and Engineers with the customer and the flybe. Commercial Department to produce accurate progress and billing data.
Engineers are provided with optimised workflow packages to ensure that time spend on maintenance is minimised and aircraft representatives are provided with daily progress charts enabling hot spots to be identified early and appropriate action to be taken.
