| The
Production Planning department has been an integral
part of the development of ETMS
– Electronic Task Management System where
each input is examined in detail by our Planning
Engineers and optimised for efficient and effective
workflow. Individual task cards are assessed for
content, ie access, inspection, routine, resource
requirements, time required and at what stage the
task is best done. |

Accurate work-flow charts are produced, giving aircraft area
supervisors a full picture of work content and man-hour
requirements to achieve the work in the most efficient
manner. |

| Close
liaison with clients occurs at all stages of the
input and they are provided with accurate progress
reports on a daily basis giving visibility of man-hour
requirements and time-scales covering both routine
and non-routine elements of the work-pack and highlighting
'hot spots' early to allow prompt action to be taken. |
